Monitoring & Rebooting

Managing a virtual server can be a challenging process. You either have to do the work on your own and spend a lot of your time to regularly monitoring your VPS, or you have to arrange a 3rd–party tool whose only responsibility will be to keep an eye on your virtual server. And this is precisely where our Optional Admin Services deal can help you out. With it, your VPS will be added to our custom monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the crucial services. And in case of a service trouble, our server admins will be alerted immediately and they will solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your computer, alternatively depend on a third–party solution. We offer a far simpler and easier way with our Optional Admin Services offer. We will make a full backup copy of your VPS server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any vital information. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup very quickly. All backups we make are placed on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your it. But, some scripts are harder to run and may require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services offer can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting duties – in other words you can basically hire one of our experienced server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation of any kind of app whatsoever that you need. And/or have him solve a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an add–on with our KVM VPS Servers.
